Injection molding process of PPH pipe fittings

PP-H commonly known as polypropylene homopolymer, because of its good resistance to fracture, also known as a hundred fold glue. PP-H is a kind of semi transparent and semi crystalline thermoplastic, which has the characteristics of high strength, good insulation, low water absorption, high temperature, low density and high crystallinity. The modified filler is usually made of glass fiber, mineral filler, thermoplastic rubber and so on. Different uses of PP-H pipe has a large difference in liquidity, the general use of PP-H flow rate between ABS and PC.

1. Plastics processing. Pure PP-H is translucent ivory white, can be dyed a variety of colors. PP-H staining in the general injection molding machine can only use color masterbatch. On the machine, there is an independent plasticizing component for strengthening mixing, and also can be dyed with toner. Outdoor products, generally use UV stabilizer and carbon black filling. 4. The melting point of the melting temperature PP-H is 160-175 DEG C, and the decomposition temperature is 350 DEG C, but the temperature setting should not exceed the temperature of 275 DEG C during injection. The melting temperature is preferably at 240.

5. Injection speed to reduce the internal stress and deformation, should choose high-speed injection, but some grades of PP-H and mold is not applicable (human mantle is now bubbles, air lines). 8. The post processing of the product to prevent the shrinkage of the deformation produced after the crystallization, the product is generally hot water immersion treatment.
